What data
We process the data you enter in a quote or contact form: name, company, email, phone number, asset details and your message. With an account we also store your role and your jobs.
Why
To answer your request, issue a quote, schedule the work and deliver the job. We do not sell data to third parties.
Sharing
Data required for execution is shared with the assigned operator. Beyond that only with the suppliers who provide our hosting and database.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Data from delivered jobs is kept as long as statutory record-keeping requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion via hello@robofacilities.nl.
